Job Order Contract Services
The University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Job Order Contract Services for the minor construction, repair, rehabilitation, maintenance, renovation, remediation, or alteration of a facility on an “as needed” basis on system-wide campuses and facilities. Firms that successfully qualify will be placed on a pre-approved list for future negotiations and/or request for cost proposals of various projects to be identified in the future.
