This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of an Jewish Rabbi to carry out Jewish worship services to the inmate population at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Bryan, 1100 Ursuline Ave., Bryan, TX 77805. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110. Faith-based and Community-based Organizations (AUG 2005) can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award will be approximately March 9, 2018. The contract consists of a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.
