The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0020, will be issued for Park Attendant Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 721211 size standard of $7.5 Million. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from May 1, 2019, with two option period of 12 months.

Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).


The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Jennings Randolph Lake intends to contract for live-in park contractors at the Robert W. Craig Memorial Campground. The contractor shall be required to implement all aspects of a campground reservation program to include but not limited to, register campers, collect camping fees, processing reservations, using a Windows based computer system, insuring reserved sites are physically marked as reserved, and issue a copy of the receipt to the camper.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.

The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Thursday, February 14, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
