This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 36.21-2. The Plans and Specifications for the Jemez RD Construction Project will be available on FedBizOps on or before July 03, 2019.
Competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the New Mexico geographical area serviced by the Small Business Administration - New Mexico District Office and El Paso District Office. Other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the New Mexico geographical competitive area, and having the assigned NAICS code are also eligible to compete.
All other Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development (BD) Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers.

Description of Work:
Work for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, freight and delivery, and all necessary valid licenses and permits required to demolish two existing offices, a warehouse, and a dozen storage buildings, and construct an office, an optional fire building, and an optional warehouse, along with associated utilities, site work, driveways, parking, fencing, landscaping, and miscellaneous items.
