The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide janitorial services at the San Francisco Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), International Airport, San Francisco, CA. The period of performance for this requirement is established as October 1, 2016 - September 30, 2017. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide janitorial services in accordance with the attached statement of work.

THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SET-ASIDE FOR COMPETITION AMONG SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES - SEDB/8(A)

The estimated procurement value for the subject requirement is under $50,000

Interested offerors are required to complete and submit the attached Business Declaration Form; a copy of their 8(A) certification letter and; their written interest in response to this procurement to elsa.gonzalez@faa.gov by 4:00PM PDT on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.

This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
