Janitorial services at the Folsom Resident Office. The Contractor shall provide janitorial service for the period of three years as folows:
Base year- 1 May 2017 through 30 Apr 2018
Option Year 1- 1 May 2018 through 30 Apr 2019
Option Year 2- 1 May 2019 through 30 Apr 2020
