Janitorial and Related Services
This is the synopsis for an upcoming solicitation for janitorial and related services at the U.S. Appraisers Building, 630 Sansome Street, and the U.S. Customs House, 555 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111. The solicitation is 8(a) competitive set aside. The contract period of performance will be one (1) base year beginning January 1, 2015 thru December 31, 2015 with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $16,500,000.00. The requirement will be a firm fixed price, using Commercial Items procedure pursuant to FAR Part 12 and Part 15, performance based contract in accordance with FAR subpart 37.6. The solicitation will be posted on the FedbizOpps on or about September 23, 2014. One time pre-proposal conference/site-visit schedule will be noted in the solicitation and is anticipated to be held on or about September 30, 2014. Potential offerors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference and visit the site to familiarize themselves with the general and specific conditions of the building. Successful offferor must be registered in SAM.GOV. Successful Offeror must also submit data to the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, per FAR 52.204-8. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps to determine exact dates, and to respond to any amendments to the solicitation.
