Janitorial and Related Services
GENERAL
The Contractor(s) agrees to provide Cleaning & Janitorial Services for all General Services locations. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment
and services, whether or not specifically mentioned in these documents for the cleaning and janitorial
services. The Contractor is responsible for on-site inspections of each facility and shall provide
sufficient personnel required to accomplish stated tasks.
Other tasks include collected of recycle products at each Facility; window cleaning; power washing.
