DESCRIPTION:
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Service Office (WSO) located in Pago Pago has a requirement for janitorial and landscaping services.
Specifically, NOAA/NWS requires the following;
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and services to maintain the WSO premises in a safe, healthy, and clean condition. The Contractor shall:
1. Provide janitorial services Monday-Friday, between 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. excluding federal holidays and weekends (this does not include American Samoa Government holidays).
New Office = 2772 sq. ft.
Old Office = 1012 sq. ft.
Inflation Building = 850 sq. ft.
NOAA Weather Radio Building (NWR) = 252 sq. ft.
2. Provide experienced, trained personnel to perform landscape services described in the PWS.

The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561210 Facility Support Services, with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The Government anticipates a single award contract for a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
