The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah seeks a contractor to perform janitorial work at the Glendale, Utah Contact Station. The Glendale, Utah Contact Station is located approximately twenty-six (26) miles north of Kanab, Utah and forty-two (42) miles south of Panguitch, Utah on Highway US 89. The full details are in the Scope Of Work (SOW) which is an attached file.
This is a service and hence the Service Contract Act Wages for Kane County, Utah apply. They are in an attached file.
The employees performing the work will require federal background investigations. The employees will not be able to begin work until the federal background investigations have been successfully completed.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is L17PS00645 and it is a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services under which, to be a small business, a company must have $18.0 million dollars or less in average annual receipts in this category.
