A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2010. This proposal is intended to provide for the establishment of a contract to furnish janitorial services for the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (76,882 sq. ft, comprised of 66,142 sq. ft. of carpet and 10,740 sq. ft. of tile.) Parking garage square footage is 70,000 sq. ft.
