Janitorial Supplies- Chemicals and General Supplies

The City invites you to submit a proposal for janitorial supplies-chemicals and general supplies for all City facilities. NOTE: This is a SLBE project. This RFP is limited to those entities that are certified by the City as Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) or that have applied for certification as a SLBE at least (forty-five) 45 days prior to the date of this solicitation and who will have received that certification by the date of which the response is due. Any response received from any entity NOT having submitted a timely application as outlined or not certified as a SLBE on the due date shall be rejected and will not be considered. The purpose is to establish an annual supplier contract for Janitorial Supplies-Chemicals and General Supplies to be used by city wide departments of the City of Kansas City Missouri. The City WILL NOT make multiple awards for this contract and all Proposers MUST be able to supply all listed items.
