Janitorial Supplies and Equipment

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the University to obtain proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to establish a contract for janitorial supplies and equipment. It is the University's intent to award a single contract; however we reserve the right to award multiple contracts if it's determined to be in the best interest of the University. The estimated dollar value of this contract is approximately $1.8 million per year.

There are three (3) departments on campus that are the primary users of the custodial supplies.
