Janitorial Services
The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Hell Canyon Ranger District, Weston County, Newcastle, WY. The USDA Service Center offices contain approximately 7,400 square feet of floor area on one floor, which is carpeted except for two bathrooms, entryways, and kitchen. The Shop building consists of two uncarpeted bathrooms with showers and hallway. The Shop building contains approximately 238 square feet of floor area. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through September 30, 2018. This is a base year contract with four option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award
