Janitorial Services
The Bighorn National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Supervisor's Office/Tongue Ranger District, Sheridan County, Sheridan, WY. The office contains approximately 10,971 square feet of floor area and a warehouse. The only required cleaning for the warehouse is a trash receptacle and restroom. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through August 31, 2018. This is a base year contract with four option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
