1) QUESTION: What are the square feet of cleanable floor space included in this solicitation?
ANSWER: We only have area to be cleaned as approximately 3926 sq. ft., this may not be the same as cleanable floor space. This is an approximation, vendors should verify area with a site visit.
2) QUESTION: What is the price of the current contract?
ANSWER:The previous contract was awarded for the base year at $5275
3) QUESTION: Are the janitorial duties for the new solicitation the same, decreased or increased compared to the current contract?
ANSWER: The statement of work has changed since the last award was made.
4) QUESTION: Who is the current incumbent and how much was the award amount?
ANSWER: Contract is with Elite Commercial Services, PO BOX 411, Middle island NY 11953.
