Janitorial Services
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, identified as AG-4660-S-14-0006, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is attached, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is a Total Small-Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and the applicable small business size standard is $16.5 Million.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Janitorial Services for the Savannah River Forestry Sciences Laboratory, 241 Gateway Drive, Aiken, SC 29803.
GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE: Between $20,000 and $40,000 (Base Period + 4 Option Years).
