36C24519Q0193: The intent of these specifications, terms , and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of Janitorial Services for VISN 5 VA Medical Centers. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes but not limited to: The contractor shall provide Janitorial Services as described in the solicitations Statement of Work. The firm must be approved under NAICS:561720, size standard $18.M. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SD VOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 3/13/2019. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov .
