Janitorial Services
The Nebraska National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Bessey Ranger District/Bessey Nursery Office, Thomas County, Halsey, NE. The office contains approximately 7600 square feet of floor area. Approximately 5800 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1700 square feet are tile or linoleum. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through December 31, 2018. This is a base year contract with two option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
