Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate General of the United States in Milan, Italy, will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available.

The Consulate of the United States in Milan will issue a solicitation for janitorial services. 

These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities include cleaning work (the estimated number of square meters to be cleaned will be 3195 per year), handyman work, minor maintenance, furniture moves to be provided for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Consulate General - Milan, Italy.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on August 26, 2016. 

This solicitation will be issued via the Consulate website - no paper copies will be mailed. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date please see the solicitation for the actual date.
