Janitorial Services for the Monticello Ranger Distrct on the Manti-LaSal National Forest
The project will consist of janitorial services for the Monticello Ranger District on the Manti-LaSal National Forest. This is a government building with approximately 3,000 square feet of office and storage space on two levels and outside areas consisting of sidewalks, walkways, lawn and rock garden.
This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business with a price range between $25,000 - $150,000. All prospective awardees shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award www.sam.gov.
