Janitorial Services for the Humboldt-Toiyabe Supervisor Office-Sparks, NV
THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, HUMBOLDT/TOIYABE NATIONAL FOREST SUPERVISOR OFFICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TODAY. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Forest Service office located Sparks, NV, are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Supervisor's Office is located at 1200 Franklin Way, Sparks, NV 89431. The office is one building consisting of two levels, totaling approximately 16,250 square feet and two smaller offices approximately 500 square feet in area. This includes the warehouse, warehouse bathrooms, Radion Shop, and Fleet Offices.
All Employees' of the Contractors' will have to obtain goverment issued LincPasses (after award) to access the building.
Base Year contract time is from February 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed two, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $18.0 Million.
