63RD Readiness Division Region 5 Janitorial
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division Region 5 within the southwestern part of California. The types of service being provided is Janitorial Services to include but not limited to space cleaning, floor care, restroom services (see attached map).
The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one base year and two option years with firm-fixed priced line items. This solicitation includes the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Line Item Numbers (ELINs), operations area map.
