Janitorial Services for U.S. Embassy Tokyo
The U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, requires a janitorial service contractor to perform janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government in Tokyo. The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with four one-year options to renew. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation in late April 2015. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOps.
