U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV19Q0024 for Janitorial Services at Recruiting stations at Cross Creek Shopping Center, Durant; Washington Park Mall, Bartlesville; North Miami Plaza Shopping Center, Miami; Edmond Plaza Shopping Center, Edmond; Town Center Plaza, Midwest City; and Regal Plaza, Tulsa, OK.
The solicitation will be issued as a Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $18,000,000.
The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed-Priced contracts, consisting of a base year and four, 1 year Options, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.
The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps Website at http://www.fbo.gov . Solicitation issue date is on or about 12/22/2018. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 01/04/2019. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. This solicitation is set aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses and must be certified by the SBA.
