Janitorial Services for Heritage Farm Museum
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services at the Heritage Farm Museum, located at 21668 Heritage Farm Lane, Sterling Virginia, 20164. The Heritage Farm Museum (the facility) is comprised of an exhibit hall with an acid stained concrete floor, a childrens area with a rubber floor, a period general store with a wood floor, a small theatre area with carpeted floor, and an administration area with tiled floor that includes two (2) bathrooms, Gift Shop, Kitchenette area and reception area. The Museum is approximately 9,600 square feet. The Museum receives approximately 12,000 visitors annually and is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday.
