Janitorial Services at the Orlando International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Base Building and Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) in Orlando, FL
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at the Orlando International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Base Building and Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) in Orlando, FL.
The FAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract as result of this effort. This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified responsive offerors.
The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or around January 1, 2015. The base period will run through September 30, 2015 with four (4) possible option years through September 30, 2019.
Interested offerors are encouraged, although not required, to inspect the site where the work is to be performed. Site visits can be arranged by contacting James Kubalanza at James.Kubalanza@faa.gov or 407-852-7842.
When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request For Offer, each offeror is to submit all the required documents in accordance with the provision in Section L entitled, "Required Documents" (see page 40).
All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR documents. If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents must be made in writing to the attention of Veronica Ransom, Contract Specialist, via email at Veronica.ctr.Ransom@faa.gov.
The deadline for submittals is November 21, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
