The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at the Air Traffic Control Tower in Fayetteville, NC.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract as result of this effort. This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified responsive offerors.

The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about October 1, 2016.

A site visit is planned for Thursday, September 1st at 10:00am local time. Attendance is encouraged, but not required. To attend, contact Jeffrey Brown at 910-484-6731 or Jeffrey.Brown@faa.gov.

When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request For Offer, each offeror is required to submit all the required documents in accordance with the Screening Information Request (SIR) provision in Section L entitled, "Required Documents."

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR documents. If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents must be made in writing to the attention of Veronica Ransom via email at Veronica.ctr.Ransom@faa.gov.
