Janitorial Services Contract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mark Twain Lake/Clarence Cannon Dam, Monroe City, Missouri
The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify businesses interested in competing on a possible future Request-for-Proposal for Janitorial Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mark Twain Lake/Clarence Cannon Dam, located in Monroe City, MO. All interested vendors may respond to this Sources Sought Notice at this time. The anticipated contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside Contract, with a 5 year ordering period.
This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note that USACE will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought.

Scope: The work covered by this Sources Sought includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to clean, service and maintain sanitary conditions and adjust courtesy boat docks and Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake, Monroe City, MO. Typical work includes, but is not limited to the following: Servicing Floors to include carpet, tile, concrete floors, and shampooing, servicing recreation areas - comfort stations, shower buildings, vault toilets, litter pickup/removal/disposal.
Contract Areas and Construction Limits: The primary contract areas fall within Mark Twain Lake, and Clarence Cannon Dam, Monroe City, MO.
