**AMENDMENT 001 IS TO CHANGE THE SITE VISIT DATE FROM 12/24/2018 TO 12/26/2018 @ 8:00 AM FOR THE KAUAI LOCATION**

**AMENDMENT 002 IS ISSUED TO CHANGE THE QUESTION AND SUBMISSION POC FROM SAMANDEEP SRAON TO ANGELA LAYMAN**

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide FAA PMT Hangar, Honolulu Control Facility ,Molokai Tower & Kauai SSC.

Services are to commence on April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020 for an initial base year, plus Four (4) one-year options running from October through September.

THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS FOR NAICS CODE 561720 (JANITORIAL SERVICES)
