COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is competed for monthly Janitorial Services to be performed at USCG AIRSTA SAN FRANCISCO, San Francisco, CA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The RFQ number is HSCG31-16-Q-LBA001. This acquisition is restricted to: 100% Small Business set aside. The contract type shall be a FIRM FIXED PRICE Order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes based on the following Requirements Statement: see attached STATEMENT OF WORK, Station Drawings, DHSAR Clauses, and Wage Determination 1974-1257, Revision 35, dated May 21, 2015.
REQUIREMENTS: The Vendor shall provide Service(s) in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. Quote shall be based on a BASE YEAR CONTRACT plus FOUR (4) OPTION YEARS.
Base Year - April 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016. Six (6) Months.
Option Year 1 - October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Twelve (12) Months.
Option Year 2 - October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Twelve (12) Months.
Option Year 3 - October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. Twelve (12) Months.
Option Year 4 - October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. Twelve (12) Months.
1) Please complete the QUOTE; include a TOTAL dollar value of Base Year plus 4 Options Years.
2) Any proposed discounts.
Evaluation Factors for Award
This will be a FIRM FIXED PRICE Purchase Order.
Award shall be made to the responsible OFFEROR conforming to the Solicitation as most advantageous to the Government. The following factor(s) shall be used to evaluate offers: LOWEST PRICE
Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist April E. Smith at email april.e.smith@uscg.mil no later than February 26, 2016, 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time or the questions may not be answered on time.
Quotes are due by MARCH 8, 2016, 4:00 PM, PACIFIC STANDARD TIME.
SITE VISIT (NON-MANDATORY): There will be a coordinated site visit on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2016, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). Site address is US Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco, San Francisco International Airport,1020 North Access Road, San Francisco, CA 94128.
