The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to solicit Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price type contract for janitorial services contract (NAICS 561720) within the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Space at Ketchikan, Alaska, Airport, located in Ketchikan, Alaska. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, manpower, subcontracts, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services in a responsible, cost effective, environmentally friendly manner. The interior cleanable space is 2196 SF and requires cleaning 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
