The contractor shall provide janitorial services for the state-leased building(s) located in 201 North Washington and 1845 Laquesta Drive Neosho, Missouri for the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design & Construction.
The contractor shall agree and understand that the state agency may add or delete buildings located in Neosho, Missouri at any time during the term of the contract. The state agency shall provide written notification to the contractor of such additional or deleted buildings at least 30 days prior to the contractor beginning/discontinuing janitorial services at the additional/deleted building.
