Janitorial Services - Grand Valley Ranger District
This combined synopsis/solicitation is for Janitorial Services for the Grand Valley Ranger District on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests, located at 2777 Crossroads Boulevard, Grand Junction, Colorado. This Janitorial Services project shall include all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for February 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Details of the meeting are included in the solicitation. This pre-proposal meeting is NOT mandatory. All participants must RSVP by February 27, 2017 by sending Peggy Dobie (pdobie@fs.fed.us) an email.
This is a total small business set aside.
The anticipated date for award on this solicitation is on or around March 15, 2017.

All Offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov), in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to the evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet this criteria may not be considered in the technical evaluation of offers.
