Janitorial Services - Evanston CBOC
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), Southern Tier, is soliciting quotes to provide managerial, supervisory, administrative, direct, and overhead personnel necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the Evanston CBOC located at 1900 Depmster, Evanston, IL 60202 in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. A firm fixed-price award will be made to a responsible company that submits an offer that:
1. Meets the solicitation's technical requirements
2. Provides fair market prices.
Period of performance is set for 1 October 2015 through 30 September 2016, plus four (4), 1-year option periods. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owen Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561720. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the SBA size standard must not exceed $18.0 million.
The request for quote (RFQ) solicitation (VA69D-15-Q-0217) will be issued on or about 14 August 2015. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential bidders must register at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) will be activated and may be accessed and printed from the FedBizOpps website.
