Janitorial Services SF, San Bruno, Clearlake, Santa Rosa and Ukiah OPC
Network Contracting Office (NCO) is planning to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for janitorial services at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC), San Bruno Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Santa Rosa CBOC, Clearlake CBOC, and Ukiah CBOC. Janitorial services include both aseptic and custodial cleaning.
The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-14-Q-0763. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 25, 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of September 14, 2014.
The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 with four (4) one year option periods.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561720, size standard $18 million. This will be a firm fixed priced contract and is 100% set aside for SDVOSB.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
