Janitorial Services Police Substations
The City is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services at the four police substations.
The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the City for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew the contract under the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) or two (2) successive one-year period by mutual agreement of both parties. This contract will be subject to cancellation upon thirty (30) days written notice by the City.
