This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation 12475619Q0004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to provide janitorial services for the Ocoee/Hiwassee Ranger District Office and Work Center Benton, TN as a base plus 4 option years. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $18 Million.

This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories.
The anticipated contract period is December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019, with 4 (four) option years.
