MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday,
June 8, 2010 at 12:30 pm at the DHS office located at 2575 Westgate, Bldg. 208 NW Center
Ct., Pendleton, Oregon. Bidders or their representatives must attend this Mandatory Pre-
Bid Conference.
The State of Oregon acting by and through its Department of Human Services hereinafter
referred to as (DHS), issues this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a Contract for an
experienced and qualified company to perform Janitorial Services for the DHS Office located
at 2575 Westgate, Bldg. 208 NW Center Ct., Pendleton, Oregon. Approximately 11,413
Square Feet of Space.
