This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement.
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-16-T-0114 to provide Janitorial Services to Wister Lake, Oklahoma. This provides for the janitorial work at Wister Lake office and contiguous exterior areas. Contractor must supply all necessary equipment and supplies to complete the performance requirements.
The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. The contract will also include four (4), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the purview of the government.
Site visit can be arranged with Wister Lake office to familiarize potential offerors with the general conditions of the performance site.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 561720, a Classification Code of S201, and a business size standard of $18 million.
The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price.
Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of 27 April 2016. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about May 26, 2016.
