Janitorial Services, Westchester County Airport ATCT (White Plains, NY), Stewart Airport ATCT (New Windsor, NY), Dutchess County Airport ATCT (Wappinger Falls, NY), and New York ARTCC (Ronkonkoma, NY)
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at the Westchester County Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (White Plains, NY), Stewart Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (New Windsor, NY), Dutchess County Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (Wappinger Falls, NY), and New York Air Route Traffic Control Center (Ronkonkoma, NY).
This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified responsive offerors.
The Government prefers to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for all locations listed, however, reserves the right to award a single award or multiple awards based on the evaluation and source selection conducted in association with this solicitation.
The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about July 1, 2018.
Attendance at the planned site visits are encouraged, but not required. Please see Section B for details.
When responding to this Screening Information Request, each offeror is required to submit all the required documents in accordance with the provision in Section L entitled, "Required Documents."
All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR documents. If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents must be made in writing via email at Veronica.ctr.Ransom@faa.gov.
The deadline for proposals has been extended to April 6, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Additional information related to the SOW will be published as it becomes available as Amendment #0002.
