Janitorial Services, Newport Ranger District - Reprocurement
Colville National Forest, Janitorial Services, Newport Ranger District.
The Newport Ranger District on the Colville National Forest located in North Eastern Washington State (Pend Oreille County) has a requirement for janitorial services for their buildings on their compound. This project is a reprocurement.
The Contractors shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, operating supplies, supervision, workman's compensation, unemployment insurance and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification of the contract. Biobased products and green purchasing will be required.
The Newport complex is located at 315 North Warren, Newport, Washington 99156.
The contract period of performance will be from date of award (estimated August 1, 2017) to November 30, 2017. The resultant contract will have two one year options which the Government may elect to exercise. If the Government elects to exercise all options, the contract period of performance will end November 30, 2019.
This project will be advertised as a written request for quotations and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Acquisition of Commercial Item rules. The issue date of the solicitation is July 13, 2017. The solicitation will be posted electronically at this (FedBizOpps) site when it issues. The quote due date will be posted on the solicitation.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 561720 size standard is $18 million.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
