The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-14-T-0066 to provide Janitorial Services to John Redmond, Kansas. Janitorial Services include but are not limited to tasks such as empty trash receptacles, check and fill paper towel dispensers, soap and toilet tissue, clean sinks and counter tops, sweep and mop tile floors, dust, wax floors, clean light fixtures and clean windows. Performance of work is for the areas at the John Redmond Lake Office, Kansas.
The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for the period of 1 Sept 2014 - 31 May 2015. The contract will also include four (4), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the purview of the government.
A pre-conference meeting/site visit be held at 2PM CST, Monday, July 28th 2014, at the John Redmond Lake Office, KS to familiarize potential offerors with the general conditions of the performance site. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 561720, a Classification Code of S210, and a business size standard of $16.5 million.
The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price.
This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date.
Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of July 18th, 2014. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about Aug 18th, 2014.
