U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV17Q0002 for Janitorial Services, Central Oklahoma Area Offices, Buildings 412, 590, and 5000 at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
The solicitation will be issued as a Total Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $18,000,000.
The Government intends to Award, a Firm Fixed Price contract which consists of a base year and 4 one year options, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.
