Janitorial Services, Arcata, CA (to include Option Years)
Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for Janitorial Service at 1700 Bayview Drive, Arcata, CA 95521. This requirement will include a base year and four options years. This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procudrues.
Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive:
a) print out and return a signed copy of the attached Standard Form 1449, prior to bid closing date.
b) print out and use the attached Schedule of Items as a bid sheet, and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. NOTE: Quote must include base year plus all option years.
c) Review Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award, and submit a minimum of three (3) references for past performance, to include organizational name, email address and telephone no. point of contact, period of performance, and total dollar value of the contract.
All requested information must be faxed or emailed to my attention prior to bid closing date.
