The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a new requirement for Janitorial Services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Base Building and ATCT Offices Offices Across Parking Lot from Base Building, Jacksonville International Airport, Jacksonville, Florida and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Specifications.
The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAAbs criteria. This procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm-fixed price contract.
This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First Tier 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second Tier Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third Tier Small Businesses; and Fourth Tier Large Businesses as described in Part IV b Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720, Janitorial Service with a size standard of $16.5 million.
