Janitorial Services
The Department seeks proposals from experienced, qualified Offerors to provide efficient and professional man power for the
Laboratory. The services shall consist
of an all-inclusive janitorial service with daily cleaning, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment in order to keep the contracted areas clean and properly supplied. The services will be performed during daytime hours. The Department will provide
paper towels, toilet tissue, liquid soap, paper bags for sanitary receptacles, toilet seat covers, orange safety cones and yellow caution wet floor signs. All other items will be the responsibility of the awarded Offeror.
