The vendor will provide all supplies not provided by the MVA. The Vendor shall make every effort to purchase cleaning supplies from the Blind Industries Services of Maryland (BISM), however, if BISM does not offer the same brand or quality of merchandise then the Contractor may choose any vendor. Please contact Mr. Tom Owens, Sales Representative @ (410) 737-2647, or toll-free @ 1 (888) 322-4567 for products and information. The MVA reserves the right to ask for documentation to support this decision. The Janitorial Vendor shall be familiar with the project premises and how the existing conditions will affect his/her work. The ultimate responsibility of the Vendor is to provide janitorial service to the facility that is uniformly clean, hygienic, orderly, and attractive, and which will reflect favorably upon the State and the Customers. Variances in customer traffic, building renovation work, weather conditions and other uncontrollable and unpredictable factors may determine the Vendor's infrequent ability to maintain State Standards.
