Janitorial Services
Mandatory pre-bid conference 05/14/2010.
The University is soliciting bids from qualified and insured bidders to furnish
janitorial services on behalf of the Athletics Department per the specifications in this RFP. The term of the
contract shall be from Date of award, 2010 through May, 2011 with University options to renew for an additional
4 years, one year at a time depending on satisfactory performance, University need, market conditions, funding
and mutual agreement.
In submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to the Universitys Terms and Conditions.
Contractor shall supply all necessary labor, materials (other than described below), green chemicals,
transportation and equipment for providing custodial services for several campus buildings.
