Janitorial Services
Mandatory pre-proposal site visit 04/16/2010.
The Fund will be moving into a new office building a and is seeking janitorial services for the building.
The approximate square footage of the building is 110,500. The Fund estimates that approximately 97,082 square feet of the building will require janitorial services.
Janitorial services for the first contract term will be for the period of June 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011 unless the June 1, 2010 date is delayed by the construction schedule.
